Someone up above must be looking out for my household After the results of 3 other estimates, I had just about given up on someone finding a package unit. By chance, I decided to get an estimate from your company. Not only did I get an estimate and great service, Quintan was able to locate a unit. I placed an order. As it would happen, my furnace decided to quit when the outside temperature was in the single digits. Within an hour or so, thanks to your employees, we had space heaters in the house to keep us warm until our package unit was installed. The installation crew, (Adam, Brad and others whose names I don’t know) were knowledgeable and kind in our moment of crises. Ed’s is hands down the best service provider in the area! They have been to our house multiple times, with the last two being “day-of” visits. Every tech that has come to the house is knowledgeable, professional, and really goes out of their way to do the best work and help you make the best decisions (they don’t push to do work that they wouldn’t do to their homes). They are always courteous and efficient. They stand by their work, have made things right when a part failed and have very reasonable prices! We call them with every plumbing issue we run into!

My parents furnace went out and Ed's was there within 2 hours to evaluate it. They gave Mom several options to fix the issue (with no sales pressure) and she chose to replace the furnace and AC. Justin and Luke were there the next morning and replaced the furnace so they would have a reliable heat source and returned the next day to complete the install. My furnace went out @ 4pm on coldest day of this winter January 21st. I called company & they sent Josh Toops on emergency call. He arrived & checked furnace and found it needed new circuit board. He didn't have that on his truck, but would get bored next day. He left a space heater here for the night in living room & told me leave oven door open to give warmth to the kitchen. Next day Jan 22 he went to Springfield to get the new board. He arrived around 12:00 noon & put in new circuit board & got the furnace working properly. He did a fantastic job, very friendly, & explained what he had to do to fix the furnace. I was very pleased with his knowledge and work. Eds Heating company is just the best.

We have used Ed's multiple times here in Tipp City and we will never use anyone else. No matter what the problem, they always return calls, make appointments and fix 'stuff' as fast as possible. The technicians are always well trained and professional. Today they installed a new furnace and AC unit in about 5 hours, total. The team of Jason, Luke E, Deklan and Quintan ensure that I never need to look elsewhere for my HVAC and Plumbing and Electric needs. By the way I am in the HVAC business for 35 years now and Ed's is the best I have seen across the board!!

Noah was timely, neat and clean and did an excellent job replacing our bathtub drain. We use Ed’s for all of our plumbing, electrical and HVAC needs and they always do excellent work for us.

We had a relatively urgent situation arise, and Ed’s was able to fit us in same day. Michael Carter came out to diagnose a leak in our fuel oil backup system. Turns out our system is quite dated and should be replaced. He recommended we have an estimate to replace fuel oil with propane, or potentially install a more efficient heat pump. He set up an appointment for the following Monday to get an estimate. Will update as progress is made.

Hired to install a plug for an EV home charger; found it to be a much more reasonable price than other options. And on the day of installation, Bryce and Zach were on time, professional, very fast, and very effective!
